The Client Experience

We don’t waste anyone’s time. The Principal who will be in charge of the job is the person you initially meet with. They ask questions and discuss where your Company stands today, future growth plans, listen to your perspective on what services are needed, and make recommendations on other services if appropriate. If lower level services are the requirement, the person you meet with is still ultimately responsible for the engagement and will select and arrange for the right level of consultant to meet your needs.

When one or more consultants are selected for the engagement, they are “reserved” for the job. If delays occur in signing the proposal and getting started, every effort will be made to secure the originally-selected person, but if unavailable, another suitable person will be selected.

Depending on the engagement, one or more Ravix consultants will arrange to meet with you or your designee to begin the engagement. The work will be performed at your Company’s site unless you specifically request other alternatives. We recommend that clients keep their books and records onsite at all times. In the event that work is done offsite, Ravix has arranged for our consultants’ computers to be backed up regularly to an online account provided by us.

At the commencement of work, you will be provided with a login and temporary password for our online client management and knowledge database tool, clientcentral. Using this tool, you will have access to all information and people related to your account as well as visibility into the task lists used to manage the work for your Company. You will further have access to certain trends and survey reports.

At least quarterly, you should be contacted by the engagement Principal for your account. He/she should be checking in to make sure you are getting what you need and discuss any issues you are encountering in your business as well as any changes you might like to make on the engagement. Feel free to contact this person as needed if you have questions that we can help with.

Periodically, you will receive either an email or phone call to inquire as to the quality of services you are receiving from Ravix consultants. We appreciate your responsiveness to this inquiry as it helps us assure that only the highest level of quality service is experienced by our clients.
