Alesia’s expertise includes financial leadership of companies from startup to maturity, financial system implementations, financial reporting, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, strategic, operational, and contingency planning, banking relationship and treasury management, contract negotiations, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence reporting.

Prior to joining Ravix Alesia founded and managed a consultancy providing finance, accounting, and tax guidance to clients in private equity, aviation, international entertainment, public education, and NPO.  Other recent experience includes management of treasury in the health care industry for a company with a half billion in operations, and controllership at a national full-service law firm with 240 attorneys.  Alesia is also a Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway in Florida.

Alesia received a B. S. in Accounting from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL and an MBA in from the Stetson School of Business and Economics at Mercer University in Atlanta, GA.

When there is time to spare Alesia will be at the gym, the beach, traveling, reading, analyzing markets, enjoying friends, and creating art.
