Carol earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and spent most of her career in California. In 2023, she and her husband, David, relocated to Massachusetts, where their daughter, Lindsay, attends UMass Amherst. Though based on the East Coast, Carol continues to provide HR guidance to clients across multiple time zones, seamlessly adapting to their needs.
When she’s not working, Carol enjoys traveling, cheering on her favorite sports teams, playing pickleball, snowshoeing, and cozy movie nights with popcorn. She and her family have embraced their new home in Massachusetts and love experiencing the change of seasons.
