Greg works with clients in the technology sector, the medical device industry, the biopharmaceutical realm, the energy industry, telecommunications, electronics and manufacturing

His areas of expertise include GAAP financial statement and footnote preparation, accounting for stock-based compensation expense, financial analysis, warrant valuation and accounting, SEC reporting, audit preparation, managing monthly financial closes/reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting and planning.

Prior to joining Ravix, Greg worked as a financial executive with mid-size and larger public companies (up to $5 billion in revenue) as well as various private companies.

Greg graduated from Uc Berkeley with a pre-med Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology, and subsequently graduated from the Haas School of Business at Berkely with an MBA.

Greg has five children and has been very involved with them as a spectator and a coach as they participated in many different sports.  In his free time, Greg enjoys jogging, swimming, attending sporting events, and volunteering his time for UC Berkeley alumni events.
