Lorena Iniguez first joined Ravix Group in 2019 as an HR Consultant and returned to the firm in 2026. An accomplished Human Resources leader and consultant, Lorena brings extensive experience from both senior in-house HR leadership and consulting roles across technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and professional services

Whether navigating a sensitive employee matter, advising leadership, or strengthening HR practices, Lorena focuses on solutions that work for both people and the business.
Throughout her career, Lorena has held senior HR leadership positions, including Vice President of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. Her combination of in-house leadership and consulting experience gives her firsthand insight into the challenges leaders face and the importance of HR solutions that are thoughtful, effective, and practical.
Lorena earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from San Francisco State University and holds both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credentials.
Outside of work, Lorena enjoys spending time with her family, taking daily walks with her dog, attending live music concerts, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
