Meeti is a CPA and MBA with over 18 years of experience in leading financial planning (FP&A) and corporate accounting functions for multiple organizations from start-up through IPO. Meeti has represented companies in senior executive roles and assisted in fund raising processes, interacting with Investment banking partners and Venture Capital funds to enable due diligence, financial modelling, dashboard reporting and system implementations for various companies.

Meeti has also served as a Technical accounting lead in different areas like SPAC and purchase price accounting transactions, debt and warrants accounting/valuations, impairment and lease accounting, etc.

Prior to joining Ravix, Meeti had been a freelance CFO consultant in the bay area providing finance and accounting services to Tech startups and non-profits. She also served as the FP&A lead at ChargePoint through various series of fund raising before going public; she further provided key strategic support in transitioning the company from Hardware-based  to a SaaS model.

Meeti is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from California. Meeti earned her Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from University of Mumbai. In her spare time, Meeti enjoys being outdoors, hiking and biking with her family and doing art projects with the kids.
