Timi joined Ravix Group following our acquistion by Kingsway Financial Services (NYSE:KFS). Prior to Ravix Group, Timi was the first Operator-in-Residence in Kingsway’s CEO Accelerator Program, where he was responsible for leading the acquistion of Ravix Group. Before Kingsway, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he advised clients on go-to-market, strategy, and operations.

Earlier in his career, Timi worked as a Software Engineer at Salesforce where he developed the second-generation sandbox copy engine, and as an Hardware Engineer at Intel Corporation where he worked on designing an integrated voltage regulator for the Skylake Server CPU.

Timi holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science, both in Electrical Engineering, from Stanford University. He earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, he enjoys watching the NBA, programming, and reading business biographies.
